In 2007, the Normandy Visitors Center opened. After 10 years, and receiving over a million visitors a year, the exhibits in the Normandy Visitor Center needed some redesign efforts. Color-Ad teamed with Haley Sharpe Design to provide overall exhibit planning and design, fabrication, transportation, and installation for the exhibit upgrades. This effort was completed in the accelerated time frame of 14 months in order to have the grand re-opening coincide with the 75th anniversary of D-Day. When Color-Ad got involved with the project, the French president had already invited over 50 heads of state across the globe to attend the event. Needless to say, it was absolutely crucial that our team hit the due date.
