US Naval Academy Museum

The Naval Academy project was a phased project consisting of two galleries located on separate floors: The First Deck gallery, which focuses on the story of the US Navy; and the Second Deck gallery, which focuses on the Rogers Ship Model Collection. Each gallery had unique components and we contracted nine specialty trades to complete the scope for this project. Not only did we collaborate with our own team of subcontractors, but the fabrication and installation of both galleries occurred during a renovation of the historic building. We coordinated all of our on-site activities and access with the general contractor, the general contractor’s subcontractors, and our own various subcontractors.
